Chocolate Balls

Ingredients
(SERVINGS: 20-30 small chocolate balls)
100 g butter
half a cup (1 dl) pearl sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 and 1/4 cup (3 dl) oatmeal
3 tablespoons cold strong coffee
powdered sugar or other garnish

Melt the butter and simmer for a short while.

Stir together sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa, oatmeal, coffee and butter. Set in the refrigerator so that the batter solidifies a little, about 1 hour.
